The role
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to assist our CEO.
Job responsibilities
- Manage the executive's calendar and prioritize urgent matters
- Provide administrative support, including correspondence and meeting organization
- Oversee travel arrangements and maintain detailed communication
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events for the executive
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documents
- Assist in planning and organizing events, conferences, or special projects
- Help the executive prioritize tasks and manage their workload effectively

- Has acquired at least a bachelor's degree
- Is proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused
- Is fluent in Russian and English
- Has organizational skills and is detail-oriented
