The Role

We are looking for a star Chief Accountant with solid international experience to join our team of finance professionals.

The ideal candidate is having a can-do attitude, and desire to grow and be a part of the company's success. The Chief Accountant will be reporting to the company CFO, and working full time in our Tallinn premises.

Job responsibilities:
  • Team Management of two on-site accountants and interaction with international outsourced accountants
  • Arrangement and streamlining of accounting processes
  • Leading smooth month and year closings
  • Preparation and submission of annual accounts
  • Management of the statutory audit process
  • Filing tax returns, preparation of statutory statistic reports and payroll
  • Ensuring financial accounting and document workflow meets the requirements of the Accounting Act and business needs, as well as complies with applicable legislation
  • Support of the management and employees in accounting and taxation matters
Qur future colleague:
  • Has 7+ years of experience in accounting, including at least 3 years in a Chief Accountant role. Leading accounting in an international enterprise is a must.
  • Has acquired at least a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
  • Is fluent in Russian, English and Estonian language
  • Knows local and international taxation principles, as well as IFRS and transfer pricing
  • Accounting qualifications and consolidation skills would be an advantage
  • Has attention to the details, but can see the big picture
  • Is able to work independently, but still enjoys working in a team, and can manage multiple tasks in the fast-paced environment.

We are looking for the financial analyst who would help the company with accounting and financial tasks. The ideal candidate is a junior financial professional with the desire to grow and develop. Financial analyst will be reporting to the company CFO.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Bank reconciliation and entering invoices into the accounting system.
  • Preparation of balance confirmations with counterparties.
  • Data maintenance (suppliers and customer databases)
  • Reconciliation between operating and accounting systems
  • Filling KYC and compliance forms for counterparties
  • Preparation of interim financial reports
  • Liaising with outsourced accountants in Denmark and Cyprus
  • Liaising with internal sales managers (overdue receivables, payment confirmations, etc)
  • Interaction with the bank payment departments (investigations, pending payments, etc)
  • Other ad-hoc tasks
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and/or finance is a must.
  • English and Estonian language (upper intermediate or advanced level, both written and oral)
  • Russian language (fluent level, company’s working language)
  • Advanced MS Excel, good MS Word and MS PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Commodity trader position in Tallinn office.

We are currently recruiting an experienced commodity trader.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring of the oil market (price and stock trends)
  • Trading energy swap and futures contracts (OTC and exchange traded)
  • Reconciliation of paper and physical transactions, reporting to the stakeholders
  • Exploring new hedging instruments and strategies
  • Participating in the structuring of the physical trade transactions
  • Assisting and advising company management on all hedging and commodity trading related issues
  • Exploring new commodity brokers and platforms
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and math skills
  • Experience in derivatives trading within commercial bank, commodity brokering / trading firm or other relevant organization
  • Understanding of both physical and paper markets
  • Understanding of the risk management and hedging principles
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Fluent English and Russian language (business level)
